Global 8D training course for Scintacor Staff
8 members of the Scintacor team have recently completed a 3-day Global 8D training course. The team dedicated 3 days to the off-site course, learning about Global 8D both ‘in the classroom’ and by working through real-life case studies to reinforce the process.
Scintacor is committed to investing in its employees to provide them with the tools to effectively and efficiently carry out their duties.
In this case, the focus was on problem solving at Root Cause and Prevention of Recurrence of issues – both crucial to continuous improvement. This enables us to consistently provide high quality products to our customers around the world.
The course was led by David Hill, a Quality Consultant, who continues to provide training and consultancy services for Quality and Manufacturing Improvement across a wide variety of industries.
